A joint venture owned by an affiliate of North Signal Capital LLC and a fund managed by Westport Capital Partners LLC, has purchased the last three developable sites in North Pointe Commerce Park.

Site 1: North Pointe B

247,000 square foot speculative class A, LEED Certified industrial warehouse completed in November 2018, fully leased to Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. and sold in March 2021

Site 3: North Pointe D

315,000 square foot (expandable to 388,000 SF) built-to-suit for lease by SAIC delivered on June 1, 2019 and sold to a private REIT in the same month.

127,200 square feet rear load with shallower bays was completed in January 2023 and 100% leased to 4 tenants all occupied by April 2023.
